[Q] Help!! This is very strange bootloop topic

please I have not rooted LG G2 D802
stuck at the LG logo, :crying:
initially because I factory reset but the screen freeze when a factory reset,
I TURN OFF push the power button 10 seconds,
and then I turn it on again
now I am stuck at the LG logo,
but I could hear when I touch the screen,
Also I could hear the sound of the touch dialpad like normal condition,
I could hear when I make emergency calls,,
I do it all the time just to show the LG logo at screen, sometimes show blackscreen,,, what is the problem??? :confused:
now I can't enter recovery mode.
and I can't enter download mode,, all the same only shows the LG logo

whether a software problem ?? (eg display driver) if possible????
or hardware ??
