Locked Boot Loader No Development? topic

Hi Guys,

Im new to the Sony environment..

I have an Xperia L with locked bootloader and it cant bee unlocked..

Is there no development with this kind of device?

I mean no custom kernels, roms, etc??

Or how can i flash custom stock firmware maybe?
