[Q] [Sd Card] Failed top copy or move to sd card. topic

I need Help..I'm using samsung s4 i5900 with Ozcamrom v6.3..I have problem with my Sd Card..It's keep failure to copy,move and make new folder..I'm fighting almost 2 weeks to find any solve for this issue..I also cannot copy by using usb cable , but when i using adapter it's nothing problem.. 3 time i flash back the roms but it's still like that .Can someone help me :(:(:(
